Rakail Walker Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Trahan Family Funeral Home of Milton on Mar. 27, 2025.
Born during the union of Sean and Candace Walker are two children, Rakeen and Rakail Walker. On the day of August 9th, in 2002, Rakail Gwendolyn Walker entered into this world to join us and now she has been selected as a Heavenly Angel, receiving her first-class ticket to the Eternal Kingdom on March 15, 2025. As a native of Pensacola, Florida, Rakail spent many years in her hometown, before migrating to the Orlando area, allowing more Floridians to experience her merriment through life with her selfless and loving spirit. She chose faith over influence, decided to make a difference in the world, and most of all, her family was essential to her for her spiritual growth. Rakail graciously walked through life with optimism and joy, spreading love to everyone.
Rakail is survived by her mother, Candace Hill-Walker; Brother, Rakeen Walker; Father, Sean (Tiki) Walker; her father's 6 children: Kashaira (Ladarius) Jones, Demantre Walker, Devin (Caitlyn) Walker, Rashad Walker, Raedon Walker, and Raijaun Walker; with grandparents: Jesse (Jr.) and Ann Walker. Her mother's family: A grandfather, Charles Ramsey; an uncle, Nate Dixon; Aunts: Amanda Parker, Tambitha (Willie) Blanks, Charlene Ramsey, and Kiondra (Roderick) Henderson; loving and devoted godparents: Pamela Holmes, Curtis Green, and Deirdre Harris.
Psalms 23
The Lord is my Shepherd. I will have everything I need. He lets me rest in fields of green grass. He leads me beside the quiet waters. He makes me strong again. He leads me in the way of living right with Himself which brings honor to His name. You have a walking stick with which to guide and one with which to help. These comfort me. You are making a table of food ready for me in front of those who hate me. You have poured oil on my head. I have everything I need. For sure, You will give me goodness and loving-kindness all the days of my life. Then I will live with You in Your house forever.
Funeral service will be Saturday, March 29, 2025, at First Apostolic Church beginning at 1:30pm, right after the 12:30pm visitation. Interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery.
