Obituary for Ralph Charles Becker
April 28, 1956 – March 6, 2025
Ralph Charles Becker entered into eternal life on March 6, 2025, following a courageous battle with cancer. Born on April 28, 1956, Ralph embodied unwavering faith, a servant’s heart, and a readiness to help anyone in need.
For 43 wonderful years, Ralph was devoted to his wife, Deborah. Their love stood as a testament to the strength and beauty of marriage. He is also survived by their three children: Steven (Morgan) Becker, Kimberly (Andrew) Buechler, and Brandon (Ashley) Becker, and 12 beloved grandchildren: Gabriella, Carson, Charles, Joseph, Ansel, Raelyn, Franklin, Walter, Merienne, Nathan, Amalia, and Eloise. Ralph also leaves behind his two loving sisters, Tina and Carol.
Ralph’s deep faith guided every aspect of his journey, captured by the reassuring phrase he often shared: “Be patient, God’s not finished with me yet.” He was always ready to lend a helping hand—whether that meant repairing a vehicle in the garage, helping a friend with a remodeling project, or simply offering caring advice. A friend to everyone he encountered, Ralph also enjoyed being a mentor for many of his children’s friends and the youth at his church.
Ralph was an automation specialist who found great fulfillment in his work, channeling his passion for machinery and problem-solving into every project he undertook. In his younger years, Ralph used his remarkable skills to construct a home from the ground up for Deborah and their children - an extraordinary testament to his tireless work ethic and devotion to his family. In later years, he found great joy in building custom golf carts, extending his passion for inventive, hands-on projects. As self-proclaimed "Camp Master," Ralph also enjoyed many camping trips over the years, cherishing the time spent with family and friends and the opportunity to create lifelong memories around the campfire.
Though he will be deeply missed, his warm smile, helping hands, and kind spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” (2 Timothy 4:7)
A funeral service for Ralph will be held on Saturday, March 15th, at 11:00 am at St John Lutheran Church Sherman Center (W5406 County Road SS, Random Lake, WI 53075). Immediately following the service, Ralph's family invites guests to a luncheon and open reception until 2:00 pm.
The nightly ceremony in Washington, D.C. will be dedicated in honor of your loved one on the day of your choosing.
