Ralph Wayne Cornelius, 70, of Oneida, passed peacefully Thursday morning, May 23,2024. Ralph was born on February 18,1954 in Manitowoc, WI. He was Married to the Late Sharon L. Cornelius on February 14, 1992. Ralph was the son of the late Murphy and Hazel (Powless) Cornelius.
With a heart full of creativity, Ralph, an Iroquois Silversmith, reveled in sharing his craftmanship at various powwows. His love for art, culture, and music resonated deeply with those who experienced it. Ralph's kind heart was evident in all aspects of his life, as he generously gave to charities and lent a helping hand to others whenever possible. His love for his friends, family, and dogs only grew stronger with each passing day, inspiring all who knew him to live a life filled with kindness and compassion.
He was a beacon of encouragement forever cheering for his loved ones, at other sporting events and meaningful gatherings. Ralph found solace in nature's beauty, witnessing sunrises and sunsets with awe and nurturing the wildlife around his home. His dedication to his work was unwavering. He spent his younger years pursuing excitement and making memories that would last a lifetime.
