Ralph Junior Keefe

Ralph Junior Keefe, 88, of Rossville, Georgia, passed away Sunday, September 7, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 21, 1936, in Fort Payne, Alabama, to the late Tommy and Ethel Keefe.

Ralph attended Fort Payne High School and was of the Baptist faith. He retired from U.S. Pipe after 35 years of dedicated service. He was a proud member of Lookout Valley Masonic Lodge #673 F&AM. A lifelong Alabama Crimson Tide football fan, Ralph also enjoyed working in his yard and singing bass in several gospel quartets. Most of all, he cherished time spent with his great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Ralph was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Those left to treasure his memory include his loving wife of 64 years, Peggy Keefe; son and daughter-in-law, Barry and Jean Keefe; three siblings, Carolyn Hartline, Shirley (Don) Morgan, and Buck (Shannon) Keefe; three grandchildren, Heather (Adam) Long, Brooke (Tim) Lieving, and Ty Gamble; nine great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, from 4:00 – 8:00 PM and again on Wednesday from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at Lane Funeral Home and Crematory, South Crest Chapel, Rossville, Georgia. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, in the South Crest Chapel. Entombment will take place in Lakewood Memory Gardens South, Rossville, Georgia.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Leukemia And Lymphoma Society at bloodcancerunited.org
