Ralph Jean Mayard was born on October 12, 1956 in Port-Au-Prince, Haiti. He was born to the parents of Hugette and Jean Andre Mayard.
Ralph attended North Miami Beach Senior High School in 1974 and later volunteered to serve his country in the US Army as an infantryman. After leaving the Army he became a auto mechanic. He had great skills in this department and was self taught.
Ralph was a loving soul, he had a special bond with this sister Chantal and brother Harry. In addition he was extremely caring towards his mother Hugette. But none of this compares to the love he had for his children. He was a constant force in their lives. He raised 5 children, one by birth and 4 by choice. His guidance as a parent was always accompanied by heartfelt lectures on life, hoping to instill in them goals and values.
He is lovingly remembered by his family, including his mother, Hugette; his siblings, Chantal, Marie Andre, Soraya, Soumara, Josephine, Joana, and Harry Mayard Bazin; his children and stepchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends who were blessed to have been a part of his journey.
On April, 2024 Ralph Maynard passed away suddenly. He will be lovingly remembered by his family, including his daughter: Jennifer Gilbert; His stepchildren: Sophia, Beatrice, Affricka(deceased) and Gregory. His mother, Hugette; His siblings: Chantal, Marie Andre, Soraya, Soumara, Josephine, Joana, and Harry Mayard Bazin; and a host of other relatives and friends who were blessed to have been a part of his journey. May his soul rest in peace.
