Ralph Rigby

Ralph B. Rigby, 76, passed away on March 27, 2025, at IU Ball Memorial Hospital, in Muncie, Indiana.
He was born on July 21,1948, to the late Robert and DeEtta May Rigby in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
He spent his life living in Pierceton for over 30 years before moving to Syracuse after the passing of his husband Ray Reffitt. He was a very hard worker in the manufacturing industry as a laborer for many years.
Ralph took great pride in his collection of old cars, especially the old cast aluminum cars. He enjoyed sitting down to watch all types of movies. His delight in music contained all genres to his listening pleasure. One of his greatest joys was the love of his dogs and the playing of the game of "Aggravation".
He is survived by two sisters: Edna Shirley Bear and Denise Dubois of Mishawaka, Indiana, and one brother Kevin Rigby of Syracuse. Ralph was preceded in death by His husband Ray V. Reffitt, 2 sisters, and one brother.

Visitation will be held On Wednesday April 2nd, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM with services to follow at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapels Pierceton, Indiana, with Pastor Will Smith officiating.
Burial will take place at Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton, Indiana following the service.
The family kindly request memorial contributions be made to Animal Welfare League 1048 S. 325 E. Pierceton, IN 46562.
