Ralph Eugene Roe, Sr., 84, of Windsor, SC passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. The family will receive friends from eleven a.m. to twelve noon on Saturday, March 14, 2026 in the sanctuary of Clearwater Branch Baptist Church, 235 Crooked Creek Rd., Aiken, SC 29805. Graveside funeral services will follow at twelve o'clock noon in the Clearwater Branch Baptist Church Cemetery with Reverend Steve Woodward officiating. Memorial contributions may be given to Clearwater Branch Baptist Church, 235 Crooked Creek Rd., Aiken, SC 29805.

Born in Aiken County, SC he was a son of the late George Samuel and Myrtis E. Couch Roe. He was a member of Clearwater Branch Baptist Church. Ralph began his working career at Shellhouse Grading and later went to work for Kerr-McGee which became Carolina Eastern where he worked for a number of years; he also loved farming. Family and friends were special to him and he treasured all of the time that he could spend with them, he loved watching them have a great time and enjoyed baking. Ralph also enjoyed walking, bird hunting, and making woodworking projects.

Survivors include his daughter, Tammy (Smith) Nunn of Johns Island, SC; his son, Ralph Eugene "Bubba" Roe, Jr. (Dee Byrd) of Windsor, SC; grandchildren, Samantha (Johnny) Ban, Kristena Nunn, and Kylee Byrd; great grandchildren, Tray Bevins, Farrah Ban, Frances Ban, and Jolene Ban; a sister-in-law, Essie Mae Roe of Jacksonville, FL and a number of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by the mother of his children, Mary Ann Roe; his sisters, Wynez Elizabeth Roe and Lillie Mae Agner and his brothers, George Roe, Paul (Sandra) Edgar Roe Sr., and John David Roe.

Mr. Ralph will be missed. He was kind beyond words and generous beyond measure. Hes been kind and consistant to me and my family for as long as we've known each other.
