Ralph Clement Sara

Ralph Sara "Issaq" 50, departed from our world peacefully on February 17, 2026, in Anchorage. Born on September 19, 1975, in Bethel to Clement Sara and Phoebe Evan.

Family was Ralph's anchor, the core of his being. He is survived by his beloved children, Kelsie Sara (Corbin Ford), Stone Sara, Kaydence Sara, and Aiden Sara, who each carry a spark of his vibrant spirit. His siblings Carol Alexie (Percy Alexie), Maryleah Hildreth (Tom Hildreth), Marion Olsen, Morten Sarra and preceded in death by sister Ina (Sam) Beaver, his grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Ralph's career as a dental assistant was marked not only by his skillful hands but more so by his ability to bring smiles to both his colleagues and patients. Ralph's presence was a comforting force in any room, his laughter contagious, and his dedication to his craft unwavering. He was a cherished member of his professional community, where his contributions went far beyond the dental chair, fostering an environment of camaraderie and support.

Beyond the walls of his professional life, Ralph was an avid bass guitarist. His love for music was infectious, and he often shared this passion with friends and family, creating memories filled with melodies and joy. He was in several bands, The Funky Eskimos, The Pit Crew, Nammy Award winning Medicine Dream, and The Glacier Blues.

Ralph's life was a living example that laughter is indeed the best medicine. His humor was a gift that he generously shared, lifting spirits and spreading cheer. His loving nature extended to all he met, and his legacy is one of deep connections and heartfelt relationships. He shared his life experiences and the experiences of others in sobriety in his Anonymous Eskimo Podcast.

In celebrating Ralph's life, we are reminded of his motivational spirit. He would want us to find the courage to pursue our dreams, to face each day with a smile, and to cherish the moments that bring us together.

Let us honor Ralph's memory by living life to the fullest, loving without reservation, and finding humor in the day-to-day. His legacy is not one of sadness but of inspiration, urging us to live with the same enthusiasm and joy he exhibited every day. Ralph's life was a melody of warmth, laughter, and adventure-a song that will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who knew him, and as always Stay Funky.
