With over 50 years of volunteer service between the Charlestown and New Washington Fire Departments, Ralph was a steadfast presence in his community. Ralph's spirit thrived outdoors. He cherished being outside, often accompanied by his beloved dogs. He also had a passion for restoring tractors and enjoyed the camaraderie found at tractor shows. Camping and gardening were among the many hobbies that brought him joy throughout his life.
He leaves behind a loving family, including his longtime companion, Twila Lutz; sister, Sharon Madison, and her husband, Joe; daughter, Donna Collins, and her husband, David; sons, Doug Boldt and his wife, Brandi; Tony Webb and his wife, Amber; Billy Webb and his wife, Susan; and daughter, Crystal Webb, and her boyfriend, Jerry. Ralph also took great pride in his grandchildren: Nicole Gorman, Sammy Gorman, Katelyn Gorman, Miranda Gorman, Zachery Boldt, Anastasia Boldt, Nash Webb, Shelby Webb, Lane Webb, Grayson Webb, Keegan Webb, Reagan Webb, and Sammi Vallone.
