Ram Murti, 64, of Pendleton, passed away on Saturday, June 14, 2025, at Indiana University Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis after a brief illness.
Ram was born on October 21, 1960 in Punjab, India to Om Parkash and Chand Rani.
Ram was a Chef at Sabzi Mandi in Indianapolis.
Ram is survived by his loving wife Veena Rani; children, Jyoti Singh, Rubby Bala, Rajni Bala, Dolly, Sourav Verma, Karanvir Verma; siblings, Ram Krishan, Ramesh Kumar, Kamlesh; seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Ram was preceded in death by his parents.
Ram loved to cook, and loved spending time with his family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2025 from 10:00 am to Noon at Bozell Funeral Homes, Lahm Chapel, 211 East State Street, Pendleton, Indiana 46064, where prayers will take place.
Cremation will follow the visitation.
