He was born October 3, 1962 in Washington, DC. The son of the late Howard W. and Geraldine N. (Scott) Boswell.
Ramon was a graduate of Yorktowne High School in Arlington, VA. He worked in the warehouse for Dominion Electric. He was a member of the Red Lion American Legion and the Legion Riders.
The services and burial will be at the convenience of the family. The John W. Keffer Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 902 Mt. Rose Ave. York is assisting with arrangements.
Ramon is survived by his daughter Paula Kaye (Boswell) Copeland and her spouse Chelsea Copeland, two grandchildren Michaela Copeland and Stephen Copeland, two siblings Rev. Howard W. Boswell, Jr. of Lexington, VA, George C. Boswell of York, PA, nieces and nephews, Kate, Ian, Jamie, Rhett, Lynn and Ellie and a companion, Cynthia Lewis.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the American Legion Riders Post 543; 23 E. Broadway Red Lion, PA 17356
