Ramona Alpern Alpern Obituary
Ramona Alpern (nee Lenny) of Frisco, TX passed on June 6, 2025.
Ramona was pre-deceased by her husband, Melvin, and sister Audrey. She is survived by her daughters Jill Alpern and Kyle (Alan) Rabinowitz, her son Ed (Marlene) Alpern, and grandchildren Joseph and Josh Alpern, Jason, Ashley, Paige and Rian Rabinowitz.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 10, 2025 at 10am at Joseph Levine and Sons Funeral Home, 4737 Street Road, Trevose, PA. The service will be live-streamed at: www.levinefuneral.com/trevose-webcam.html
Interment will follow at Mt. Ararat Cemetery, 1165 NY Route 109, Lindenhurst, NY 11757.
Shiva will be held at the home of Edward and Marlene Alpern on Wednesday and Thursday, June 11 & 12 at 7:30pm. Visitation begins at 4pm.
Kyle and Alan Rabinowitz will receive guests at their home in Frisco, TX on the evening of Saturday June 14 starting at 5PM. A celebration of Ramona’s life will be held at the Rabinowitz residence on Monday June 16 at 4PM.
In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory can be made to AJMI/Tikvah, 10100 Jamison Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19116 (tikvahajmi.org) or Melmark, 2600 Wayland Road, Berwyn, PA 19312 (melmark.org).
