Ramona J. Virgin

A graveside service honoring the life of Ramona Virgin will be at 2pm on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Oklahoma City.
Ramona Virgin was born in Portsmouth, Ohio, in November of 1928. She died December 27, 2021, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Ramona's been healthy and strong and sharp minded and fiercely independent until a recent fall just a few short weeks ago.
Ramona was preceded in death by her parents, Orville and Mabel Turner; brother, Harold Turner; husband, Frank Virgin; and son, Thomas Jackson. She is survived by her son, Todd Jackson; daughter, Susan Elmore and husband Philip; and grandson, Carson, who made it possible that she live independently and happy until the end. She is also survived by her daughter, Barbara Enmeier; granddaughter, Erin Condict and husband Tarren; and 3 great grandchildren.
Ramona loved telling people that she and Frank got to RV across the US, only missing one state. Following his passing, she was able to continue those travels and was able to see many destinations across the world. Place like Barnes and Noble are likely to feel the impact of her loss as she would regularly read 2 to 3 books a week and loved every minute of it.

Graveside services will be at 2:00pm on Wednesday, January 5th at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Oklahoma City. All are welcome at a reception honoring Ramona at the Memorial Road Church of Christ at 11:30am prior to the graveside service.
