Randal Stevens, 66, passed away peacefully at his residence in Georgetown, Kentucky on September 7, 2025. Leaving behind a life filled with passion, adventure, laughter, and love. He was born on September 27, 1958, in Wyandotte, Michigan to the late Starlin Stevens and Jewell Rose Stevens. Randal lived each day to the fullest.
An avid outdoorsman, Randal found joy in hunting and fishing. He also was a gifted pool player, softball player, and enjoyed playing cards and watching his beloved Westerns, Nascar, and never turned down a good mocha from Starbucks!
Above all Randal cherished his loving wife of 47 years, Janet Leigh Stevens; his precious daughter, Randi Leigh (Michael) Hackney; and his absolute pride and joys, his two grandboys, Aydan Hunter Hackney and Ashton Caleb (Sugar Bear) Hackney. Randal was also a loving big brother to his three siblings, Vivian (Bobby) Richey, Renee Reynolds (Ron), and Tommy (Hope) Stevens.
He also leaves behind his beloved dog Rocco.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandparents, Tom and Dell Stevens.
Randal's adventurous spirit, boundless enthusiasm, contagious laughter, and most importantly, his endless fighting nature to never give up will never be forgotten and he will always be remembered and loved by all that knew him.
Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 PM, Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Care Cremation and Funeral Service. 1304 Bryan Ave. Lexington, Kentucky. Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM until time of service.
