Randall Paul Barbre

Randall Paul Barbre, age 74 of Tecumseh passed away on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan with his family at his side. He was born October 3, 1947 in Detroit, a son of the late Albert Melvin and Doris Pauline (Schmidt) Barbre. He married Rose Clare Loeher on August 24, 1968 at St. Linus Catholic Church in Dearborn Heights, Michigan sharing over 53 years together.
Randall graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a bachelor's degree. He proudly worked for 36 years at the U.S. Postal Service as a Letter Carrier, retiring in 2011. Randall was a member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Tecumseh, Michigan.
Besides his wife Rose, he is survived by his children, Amy (Joe) Nedoss of Illinois, Brian (Cathy) Barbre of Michigan, Deborah (Steve) Morrow of Michigan, Heather (Ernie) Estrella of California; brothers Tim (Donna) Barbre of Kentucky, Rodney (Sarah) Barbre of Michigan and Jerry (Darlynn) Barbre of Illinois; Pappy to his grandchildren, Makayla, Amelia, Katelynn, Morgan, Emily, Ty, Miles, Jin, Jacob and Ava. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jan Barbre, sister Patti Barbre, and sister and brother-in-law, Karen and Paul Phelps.
From the mail truck to the station wagon to the red pickup truck, Randy lived a full life filled with family, friends, and love. Enjoy your woodshop in the clouds, and rest in peace.
Visitation for Randall will be 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 24, 2022 at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church in Tecumseh. A Memorial Mass will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Father Dan Wheeler as celebrant. A private family interment will be in Brookside Cemetery in Tecumseh. In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Randy was a man always giving so much of himself to children.
