Mr. Randall Bargo, 75, of Bimble, passed away Monday morning, July 28, 2025 at the Barbourville ARH Hospital. He was born January 26, 1950 in Knox County, the son of the late Eugene and Bernice Mills Bargo.
Randall was a former drywall installer and a member of the Free Spirit Baptist Church, where he loved attending. He enjoyed time out of doors coon hunting, spending time sharing history with others on Facebook. Randall also spent time reading his Bible and treasured time with his family and friends.
On June 12, 1969, he united in marriage with Joann Swafford.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Harold, Darrell and David Bargo and grandparents, Abe and Dora Bargo and Jack and Mary Mills.
Survivors include his loving wife, Joann Bargo of Bimble; children, Darien Bargo and Holly Bargo both of Bimble and Randy Bargo of Louisville; sisters, Linda Joyce Messer and husband, Kenneth, Sue Jones and husband, Joe, and Faye Hammons; brothers, Letis Bargo and wife, Mae, Ovie Bargo and wife, Glenna, and Ronnie Bargo and wife, Saundra; sisters-in-law, Louise Smith, Bernice Carter and husband, Don, Bobbie Fisher and husband, Roger, and Gracie Riley and husband, Robert; brothers-in-law, Johnny Swafford and wife, Judy, and Tony Swafford and wife, Betsy; precious grandchildren, Serenity and Easton Gray; among other loved ones and dear friends.
His funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Saturday, August 2 at 2 P.M. with Rev. Ricky Broughton and Rev. David Wyatt officiating. He will be laid to rest in the Abe Bargo Cemetery.
Casket bearers will be his nephews. Honorary bearers will be Dr. Adams, Dr. West, Freddy Lawson, Calvin and other friends at the Barbourville Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Friends may visit at the funeral home Saturday after 11 A.M. until the funeral hour.
