Visitation with the family will be on Sunday, September 28, 2025, from 4:00-9:00 PM and again on Monday, September 29, 2025, from 9:00-12:00 Noon at Oakdale Funeral Home Decatur County in Parsons, TN.
A Graveside service will be held on Monday, September 29, 2025, at 1 PM at Holladay Cemetery with Bro. Dusty Stout officiating. To send flowers to the family or plant a tree in memory of Randall, please visit our floral store.
