Randall Alvin Elswick

RANDALL ALVIN "RANDY" ELSWICK, 67, of Maxie, VA, passed away Monday, December 22, 2025, at his sister's residence in Pounding Mill, VA, following a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Grundy, VA, he was the son of the late Earl and Veral (Foster) Elswick. He was a lifelong resident of Buchanan County and was a member of Harman Memorial Baptist Church. He was a loving son, brother and uncle, a member of Sandy Valley Lodge #17 AF/AM and was co-owner of R&R Bit Service.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by Maternal Grandparents: Dewey and Reva Foster; Paternal Grandparents: Alvin and Rosa Elswick.
Those left to cherish his memory include Sister: Brenda (Delmer) Bowman of Pounding Mill, VA; Brother: Gary (Natasha) Elswick of Richlands, VA; Nieces: Cindy, Bridget and Gari Jo; Nephews: Stoney, Shane and Dalton; Great-Nephews: Justin and Tanner; Great-Nieces: Hailee and Lilly.
The family wish to express special thanks to Legacy Hospice and Palliative Care, all the nurses especially Sarah Ellis, whom he was very fond of and looked forward to seeing every week, MSA Home Health Care and Nurse Selena.
Visitation will be held at the Harman Memorial Baptist Church Monday evening at 6:00 P.M. with Masonic Rites at 7:00 P.M.
Funeral Services for RANDALL ALVIN ELSWICK will be conducted Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 1:00 P.M. at the Harman Memorial Baptist Church with Dr. Shea Shrader officiating. Entombment will follow in Mountain Rest Mausoleum, Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.
Active Pallbearers will be family and friends.
