Born on July 18, 1958 in Shawnee, Oklahoma, Randy grew up in NORMAN, OKLAHOMA and
Rush Springs, OKLA. He was a 1976 graduate of Rush Springs High School where he met the love
of his life, Susan Kathleen Lawrence. Afterward he attended Great Plains Technology Center in
Lawton, Oklahoma. Randy was an active member of Forest Hill Christian Church where he
served in the Christmas drama, Journey To Bethlehem. He was baptized on April 30th, 2016,
and served faithfully in the hospitality ministry at Life Church in Edmond. Randy was passionate
about serving in Alcoholics Anonymous as a sponsor and mentor providing encouragement,
transportation, friendship and work. He regularly donated resources to sober living
communities. He loved fishing, music, movies, true crime storytelling and beautifully
maintaining his acreages. Working in the oil industry for 22 years, 17 of those were devoted to
Hughes Christensen, moving up the ranks to technical marketing rep. He continued his sales
experience as an award-winning real estate professional where his favorite aspect of the job
was helping people's dreams come true. His final career was a safety inspector with Rockies
Express, as well as Ruby Pipelines, which fulfilled his desire to see the country and work hard.
He is preceded in death by his brother Jeff Green and parents Harvey G. and Gladys Marie (McMillin) Green.
Randy is survived by his wife of 46 years, Susan Green, Son Zachary Green and
wife Virginia Green as well as daughter Lauren Hall and husband Jake Hall, grandchildren,
Hunter (Papa /Randy's biggest fan), Adelynn (Addy) & Elaine (Ellie) Hall, and brother Kendall
Green of Waurika and wife, Mary. Randy had many nieces, nephews and a chosen family of
friends.
Randy's Service will be 2:00 pm Thursday, July 3rd, @ Cherokee Hills Christian Church.6601 N
MacArthur Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73132. Condolences may be sent to Randy and Susan's
home at 3701 Cross Creek Rd. Edmond, Oklahoma
