Mr. Randall Allen Hall, Sr., 93 went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 16, 2024 at his home surrounded by his family.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman with Reverend Aaron Wilson and Reverend Tim Gore officiating. Burial will follow at Lafayette Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 1:50 PM on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at the funeral home prior to the service.
He was born in Sampson County to the late, Theophilus Hall and Melissa Faircloth Hall. In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by his first wife, Alice Hall; his second wife, Margret Hall; a daughter, Ramona Averitte; his grandson, Kip Averitte; his brother, Earl Hall; and his sister, Alma Ford.
Randall was a retired automotive mechanic at Sears 31 years, and he was also a United States Army Veteran. He was one of the founding members of Sapona Road Church of God, where he was also an usher.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Randall "Randy" Allen Hall, Jr. and wife, Beverly G. of Fayetteville; step-son, Paul Darr of Salisbury; two grandchildren, Wesley Averitte and wife, Jessica of Eastover; and Miranda Knode and husband, Mitchel of Panama City, FL; 3 great grandchildren, Brandon Averitte, Skylar Clark, and Payton Averitte; great great granddaughter, Weslynn Ann Clark; two brothers, Theo Hall and wife, Eva of Stedman; and Oran Hall of Phoenix, AZ; and two sisters, Jane Horne of Autryville; and Elma Ortega and husband, Bart of Autryville.
