Warren-McElwain Mortuary & Cremation Services - Lawrence ChapelRandall “Randy” Kahn, born on September 16, 1953, passed away October 4, 2025 surrounded by his loved ones. Randy will be remembered for his warm heart, great laugh, and unforgettable sense of humor that could fill any room with joy. Randy was the proud owner of Kahn and Associates, an accounting firm he built through hard work, dedication, and integrity. His professional accomplishments were matched only by his devotion to his family and the many friendships he nurtured throughout his life. Randy is survived by Marilyn Kahn, the love of his life and his devoted wife, whose unwavering support and companionship brought him endless happiness. Randy is also survived by the mother of his two sons, Deena Burnett, brother Robert Kahn and sister, Nancy Ness (John). His legacy lives on through his children Dakota Kahn (Arielle), Tyler Kahn (Rachel), Gina Currier (Ryan), Kristen Rice (Ryan), and Megan Shawano. He has six beloved grandchildren: Jackson, Madelyn, Sawyer, Homer, Harvey, and Norah. Randy’s laughter, love, and lighthearted spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by his family and friends. A celebration of Randy’s life at Connect Church will be held on October 17, 2025, at 11 am located at 3351 W. 31st Street, Lawrence, KS. Gathering of loved ones to follow directly afterwards.
The family suggests memorials made to Lawrence Humane Society or Connect Church and may be sent in care of Warren-McElwain Mortuary.
