Randall left us on February 14th, 2025, to be with Our Heavenly Father, at the age of 53.
He courageously fought cancer for over 20 years, finished the race, and kept the faith. He is survived by his wife and children, a very large and loving family including his mother, sister, brother, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Randall was raised in Texas by his loving parents, and also lived and worked in Virginia, Indianapolis and Idaho. He was an adventurer and loved the mountains, especially snowboarding, skiing, rockclimbing and hiking. He was captivated by the natural beauty of Idaho, and planned to retire there.
He played football in high school, and semi-professional volleyball for decades, and was known for his athleticism and camaraderie with his teammates. He worked at his familys printing business for several years, and continued his education at The University of Texas in Austin where he graduated with a BBA in Management Information Systems, magna cum laude. He met his wife in Austin and after a few years of dating they were married and had two children.
He worked in the Information Technology industry, and then decided to pursue entrepreneurship and own a small business like his father. Randall owned and operated a home inspection company which specialized in improving indoor air quality, especially for those suffering with chronic illness like himself and his family members. He was passionate about laws to create safer building materials, and researched and published frequent articles about how to make our homes a safer environment and free of toxins. In addition, he was well educated about healthy food and childhood vaccines, and he and his wife frequently shared their knowledge for how to stay healthy and fight chronic disease.
One of his greatest accomplishments was raising and caring for a son with special needs, and he taught him how to read, speak, ride a bike, ski and throw a football. He taught his younger son how to play Chess, ski, and tutored him in college calculus, and was very proud of him for pursuing a degree in Engineering.
Randall quickly made friends in every place that he lived and worked. He was an excellent listener, and encouraging, loyal friend. He read the Bible daily, and was passionate that everyone of his family and friends would know the Word of God and gain the lifesaving love and forgiveness of Jesus. He leaves a tremendous legacy of being a man of God, a shepherd to the flock, and a guiding light in so many lives. For his guidance, wisdom, courage and unwavering faith, his family is forever grateful for him dedicating his life to serving others.
A private Celebration of Life service will be held to honor Randalls life in both Idaho and Texas at a later date.
