Randall A. White Eagle "Maaxihogiwiga", age 41, of Wisconsin Rapids, passed away peacefully Friday, November 18, 2022 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital surrounded by family.
Commitment services will be at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, November 21, 2022 at the Cex Haci Community Building in Nekoosa. Wilfrid Cleveland will officiate. Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until the time of services on Monday at the community building. Burial will be at Spring Grove Cemetery in Wisconsin Dells where his family members lay peacefully.
Randy was born July 9, 1981 in Wisconsin Rapids to Daniel and Marilyn (Roy) White Eagle II.
He had several different jobs with the Ho-Chunk Nation over the years, including working at Ho-Chunk Gaming Nekoosa as a blackjack dealer and worked in surveillance, as he enjoyed that job.
Randy was one of the funniest guys you would ever meet, even in serious situations. He always had a good story to tell, along with plenty of jokes, to keep family and friends comfortable. He was a Packers, Bucks, and Brewers fan. He was also a fan of the San Antonio Spurs. He took Mario Kart 64 very seriously. He also loved watching MMA and UFC fighting, Jeopardy, was a big fan of the Property Brothers show. He loved Christmas music and would listen to it all year long for relaxation. Randy would love to cruise around with family members, taking back roads to enjoy the weather.
Randy is survived by his mother, Marilyn White Eagle; siblings: Maurice (Ann) White Eagle, Bonita Roy, Cameron (fiancé Sarah) White Eagle, Anson (Sarah) White Eagle, Curtis (Sheila) White Eagle; and many extended brothers and sisters, sons and daughters, nieces and nephews, and grandchildren. Randy raised Jayce, Jared, Justine, Ellyn, and Nigel as his own children. He is preceded in death by his father, Daniel White Eagle II and his brother, Daniel White Eagle III.
Herman-Taylor Funeral Home, Wisconsin Rapids, is honored to be assisting the White Eagle family.
