Randi Adrianne Sears

Randi Adrianne (Olinger) Sears, age 32 of Mountain, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 22, 2025 after a courageous battle with lung cancer, held in the loving arms of her sister. Randi was born on April 9, 1993 in Rhinelander, the daughter of Randy Olinger and Monica (Menting) Wesenberg. A 2011 graduate of Wabeno High School, Randi went on to become the Up North's most loved bartender, where her laughter, quick wit, and warmth made everyone feel like family. She genuinely loved people, and people loved her right back. On November 2, 2012, Randi married the love of her life, Kyle Sears, at the Forest County Courthouse in Crandon.

Randi especially loved going to the Dells, attending concerts, four-wheeling, camping, having a good drink, trying her luck on the slots, painting her nails, talking on the phone for hours, spending time with her family and pets, and doing anything goofy, sassy, and fun. Her spirit was bold, bright, and unmistakably hers. Randi will forever be remembered for being outspoken, sassy, and spunky – yet even more so for her enormous heart and the kindness she showed so freely.

Remaining to cherish her memory are her beloved husband, Kyle Sears; her wonderful children, Carmen and Kyle Sears Jr.; mother, Monica (Kim) Wesenberg; bonus dad, Woodson Collins; sister, Kylie Wilkiewicz; nephew, Jaryn Wilkiewicz; best friend, Hannah Klingensmith; good friends, Valerie Schindler and Jeff Schmieder; and many other dear friends and family.

Preceding her in death and waiting at Heaven's Gates to welcome her home are her father, Randy Olinger; grandmother, Francie (Calhoun) Menting; beloved dog, Stormy; and many other loved ones.
