Randolph "Randy" Lee Gallemore
January 17, 1954 – November 1, 2025
Randolph "Randy" Lee Gallemore, 71, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother, passed away on November 1, 2025.
Born in San Francisco to William and Claire Gallemore, Randy grew up with his sisters Leslie and Paula. He enjoyed sports and graduated from West High School before attending Bakersfield College. Randy built a long and dedicated career in the automotive industry, working with Bill Wright Toyota, K-Mart Automotive, Firestone, Grainger, and finally retiring from Cummins West as a parts and service manager.
While in college, Randy met the love of his life, Gale Edge. They married on May 21, 1977, and shared 48 wonderful years together. Their marriage was blessed with two children, Kyle and Sandra, and four cherished grandchildren: Guinn, Olivia, Hollyn, and Ezekial ("Zeke").
Answering a call to ministry, Randy was ordained through the Pentecostal Church of God and served faithfully as associate pastor at Kern Valley Lighthouse under his mother-in-law, Francis Edge. His heartfelt sermons and love for studying scripture, Jewish history, and theology deeply influenced all who knew him.
Randy will be remembered for his unwavering faith, joyful spirit, love of family, and devotion to his grandchildren. In retirement, he enjoyed cycling and building intricate N and HO scale model trains.
He is survived by his wife Gale; children Kyle (Karrie) and Sandra (Josh); grandchildren Guinn, Olivia, Hollyn, and Ezekial; and sisters Leslie and Paula.
A celebration of life will be held at Monarch Memorial, 2801 F Street, Bakersfield, CA 93301.On Saturday November 8, 2025.
