Randy Lynn Kidd, 39, of Augusta, Arkansas departed this life on September 16, 2025. He was born on October 16, 1985 in Searcy, Arkansas to Richard and Melinda Kidd. Randy was a kind-hearted young man whose resilience and spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him. Despite facing the challenges of disability, he lived life to the fullest-finding joy in deer hunting, riding his side-by-side, and collecting scrap metal. Always eager to lend a hand, Randy was known for his helpful nature and deep love for his family. He cherished the memory of his late brother, Steven Kidd, his childhood best friend and partner in every adventure, holding close the memories they shared growing up together even after his brother passed away. The bond he shared with his father was unbreakable. They were true companions in both work and life. Randy's strength, generosity, and unwavering loyalty will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him He is survived by his parents, Richard and Melinda Kidd, his grandparents, Wayne and Linda Kidd, his aunts, Rita King, Susie Rouse, and Vanessa Smith, his uncles, Sam Hailes and David Hailes. He is also survived by a host of friends and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his brother, Steven Kidd, his grandparents, Arthur Hailes and Syble Weaver Hailes, his uncles, Randy Shane Kidd and Tommy Weaver, and his aunt, Sharon Norris. Funeral services will be conducted on Friday, September 26, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Judsonia Church of Christ in Judsonia, Arkansas with Brother Matt Clifton officiating. Visitation will be held prior to services from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Augusta Memorial Park in Augusta, Arkansas. Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Matt Hunter, Trey Taylor, Mike Arthur, Jeremy Nguyen, Brandon Taylor, and Patrick Taylor. Serving as honorary pallbearers are Kevin Allen Cleveland, Billy Weeks, and Bryon Hurford. Arrangements are entrusted to Powell Funeral Home of Woodruff County.
