Randy L. Kochel, 68 of Star City passed away unexpectedly at 9:30 a.m., Friday, November 14, 2025, at his residence.
Born on April 6, 1957, in Logansport, he was the son of the late Robert and Mary (Hunt) Kochel.
Randy retired as a welder from Bio Town Ag.
Randy enjoyed cutting & splitting wood and attending the Northern Indiana Power of the Past.
Survivors include his sisters, Kathryn Roberts and Linda Hummer, nieces, Chasity (Kochel) Button, Lisa Hummer and Mindy (Roberts) Dalton, nephew, Robert Hummer and several great nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Mary Kochel and his dog, Happy.
A graveside service will be held at a later date.
