Mr. Randy Eugene Layfield, 63, of Ellaville, passed away on October 20, 2025, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. There will be no services, as requested by Randy.
Randy was born in Macon County, GA to the late H.L. Layfield, Sr. and Sally Mae Miller Layfield. He was employed by TCI Powder Coatings for many years. He loved his wife, family, TCI family, and the Georgia Bulldogs. Randy was loved by so many. He was also preceded in death by a brother, H.L. Layfield, Jr. and sister-in-law, Jackie Fitzwater.
Survivors include his loving wife, Mitzi Layfield; his children, Stephanie Lattimore, Nikki (Scooter) Jenkins, Misty Parks, and Ginny Calhoun; fur baby, Sassy Layfield; his siblings, Pam (Morgan) Thaxton, Danny Layfield, Dianna (Danny) Windham, Donna (RB) Bailey, Nancy (JR) Howell, Janice (Mike) Wetsch; a sister-in-law, Wanda Layfield; and numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
