Pastor Wagner will definitely be missed. I consider myself to be blessed knowing this man of God. I think Pastor Wagner was the OG of dad jokes. He had a corny sense of humor but that is one of the things I remember. Thanks for serving and teaching me while you were at Calvary. I know you have lead many choirs but you now are in the presence of our Lord and the best choir for eternity. Love, blessings and comfort to Merrilee and the rest of the family.

I will always remember his corny jokes. He was such a good mentor to me! I loved how he encouraged me toward leadership. I loved singing with him in the praise team at Heath First Baptist. Our Celebration of Life services at Dawes. Wonderful man who loved serving Jesus is now with Him. Blessings and peace to the family. Marilee and Harmony and Judah and the rest of his family too. He will be missed!! Sheri Bogardus

I never met a music pastor that had so much love, joy and passion like Randy did! I was privileged to play piano for him at First Baptist Heath and he was a joy to work with. He truly sang for an audience of one.

How he made our choir sound better and grow larger. I loved being a part of each passion play that we did as well.

Our love and prayers for the Wagner family. We knew Randy for nearly ten years while he was serving at Pisgah Heights. Randy's children were in the nursery where I was on Sundays. Our teenage daughters and others went with Randy to Seneca Lake. They would always have stories to share that included Randy and his bus driving skills. We remember the Christmas musicals that Randy directed. Never saw him without a smile to share. His family was a big part of our lives for several years. He fought the good fight, finished the course and kept the faith. Looking forward to the reunion in heaven some sweet day. Much sympathy Charles and Clida Mahaffey

My husband,Craig ,and I was part of our church Praise Team. Randy was passionate about sharing the love of Christ through music. He taught me to remember when addressing someone who differs from you to remember S.T.P. Have the right Spirit Time and Place. He was very loving and truly was a wonderful music pastor and friend. Praise God! As a believer in Jesus Christ, We know we will see Randy in eternity. My thoughts and prayers to the family. Patty Parker
