Rangaswamy Iyengar

Rangaswamy Meenasamudram Annaswamy Iyengar, a beloved member of the Meenasamudram family, passed away on January 20, 2023 at the age of 92, leaving behind a lifetime of cherished memories and an enduring legacy of love, family and spirituality.
Born in Kolar, Karnataka, he studied to be a civil engineer and he worked in the government sector. He then retired into a blissful life.
He was deeply in love with his wife, Shanthamanni Rangaswamy, and they were blessed with three children, three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was an avid gardener that loved cooking and eating good food. He loved dogs and raised many of them during his lifetime. Later on in life, he became more spiritual and prolifically read religious prayer books. Through those prayer books, he found inner strength.
He was easygoing and well-liked by everyone around him. He was always cheerful and showed zest for life. He was also very well kept and liked to dress well.
Rangaswamy's enthusiasm, cheerfulness, and love for life is going to be missed dearly by his family and friends and will continue to be an inspiration for us.
