Nació en Agosto 16 de 1945 en un pequeño pueblo en Cuba.Se unio a la que llego a ser su esposa por 53 años Blanca Morales, le nacieron tres hijos en su matrimonio. Alain Remon, Rebeca Remon y Kenia Remon, de los cuales tuvo tres nietos, Jairo Remon,Abner Remon y Samuel Castro, que a su vez Jairo le dio sus visnietos, Berenice y Abdiel Remon, teniendo el privilegio de vivir para ver su tercera generacion.
En 2008 emigró a los Estados Unidos, estableciendose en Houston Texas donde decidió quedarse junto a toda su familia por los próximos 18 años.Vivio una vida placentera en unión a su familia y disfruto de ella pues era cuanto tenía, no tuvo hermanos así que su familia fue su mundo despidiéndose de ellos la noche del 30 de Enero a las 9.00 PM,dejando un vacío profundo a cada uno de su querida familia.
