Raul M. Molina Jr.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Raul M. Molina, Jr., a beloved husband, father, grandaddy, and cherished friend, who departed this world on November 15, 2025, at the age of 71. Raul was born on March 5, 1954, in Mexico City, Mexico, to the late Raul Molina Sr., and Maria Molina. He found his home in Sugar Hill, Georgia, where he cultivated a loving family and legacy.
Raul was the loving husband of Susan Molina for an incredible 54 years. Their story began in their teenage years at the Playland Skating Rink, where love blossomed against the backdrop of laughter and shared dreams. Together, they built a beautiful life filled with warmth, support, and countless memories.
As a dedicated chef, Raul found his passion in the culinary arts, his vibrant personality and culinary skills left a lasting impact on both his colleagues and customers. Raul's legacy will live on through the meals he crafted and the joy he created around the dining table.
Raul is survived by his beloved wife, Susan, his cherished daughter, Jennifer, and his adoring granddaughter, Madison, with whom he spent countless hours making memories. He also leaves behind his mother, Maria Molina, and three siblings who will forever miss his love and guidance.
In his free time, Raul was an avid fan of college football, proudly cheering for his beloved Georgia Bulldogs, often drawing parallels between the games and the spirit of family. He also enjoyed wrestling, but nothing compared to the joy he felt from spending time with Madison, who brought light and laughter into his days.
A celebration of Raul's life will be held with loving remembrance on December 20, 2025, at Crowell Brothers Peachtree Chapel at 11:00 AM, where friends and family are invited to share their favorite stories and memories of Raul. A memorial service will follow at 12:00 PM, honoring the life of a remarkable man whose love and laughter will forever resonate in our hearts.
Even as we mourn his passing, we celebrate the life of Raul M. Molina, Jr., whose legacy of love, laughter, and culinary passion will continue to inspire all who knew him.
