On December 18, 2023, God heard his cry to be at rest, so God infinite wisdom called him home. A peace that surpasses all understanding. Ray Lee Dunn loved and known as "Ray Ray" was born on June 1, 1969, to the late Carl and Mary Dunn of Cleveland, TN.
He was a good, loving husband and father. He would always make us laugh. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Daphney A. Dunn, daughters Sierra G. Dunn and Tierra R. Dunn, stepson Gabriel Murphy (Whitney), grandson Shiloh Lindsey, sister Beverly Dunn, brother Steven Dunn, uncles Clarence Dunn (Betty) and Ervin Dunn (Barbara), special friends Emma and Erma Swafford, Tim Mason, David Dunn, Steve Green, Tena Green, and Eric Watson.
The family will receive friends on December 30, 2023 at Fellowship of Praise Church of God located at 931 Inman St. E, Cleveland, TN from 12:00 - 1:00 PM with a memorial service following at 1:00 PM. Friends of the family will serve as pallbearers. Companion Funeral Home and the Cody family are honored to assist the Dunn family with these arrangements.
