Raymond Becker, 74, of Indianapolis, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at Westminster Village North in Indianapolis. He was born on April 10, 1951 to Adrian and Ramona (Coetzee) Becker in Benoni, South Africa.

Raymond practiced law in Canton and mainly Cincinnati, Ohio for over 25 years. He loved his work through the Hamilton County Courts, particularly Juvenile cases as an advocate helping young people get their life on a productive path.

Raymond was an avid golfer and loved organizing fund raisers for charitable events.

He loved his savior Jesus Christ and wouldn't miss his morning devotional before he started his day. Raymond had a long list of emails he would also forward the daily devotional to every morning. He felt he was a witness to spread his faith to others. He was a member of Fellowship of Believers Church in Cincinnati, Ohio.

In addition to his parents, Raymond was preceded in death by his sister, Zelda Becker Ensign of Canton, Ohio.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Shirley Becker; a brother, Harry Becker of South Africa; sister-in-law, Vicki Thompson; brother-in-law, Dr. Thomas Cittidine; brother and sister-in-law, Richard & Teresa Mumma; and his stepsons, Ryan and Brett Armes.

Private family services will be held with burial at Our Lady of Peace Cemetery in Indianapolis.
