Raymond T. Engelhardt, Jr., fondly known as "Fella", 69, of Beasley, Texas passed away on January 7, 2025 in Houston, Texas. He was born on July 25, 1955 in Wharton, Texas to Raymond Sr. and Nora (Heckman) Engelhardt. Raymond retired from Reliant Energy (NRG) after 42 years. He held memberships with CCA, Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, National Fire Marshall's Association and the Texas Horseshoe Pitching Association. He was also a member of the Beasley Fire Department. When he wasn't working, her enjoyed fishing, playing golf and spending time with his friends and family. This loving husband, father, PaPa, brother and friend will be missed.
In addition to his parents, Raymond is preceded in death by his brothers, Gilbert and Calvin Engelhardt.
Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Brenda (Hutyra) Engelhardt; children, Justin W. Engelhardt and wife, Jenny, Jayme Louise Engelhardt Stage and husband, Ricky Stage, and Shannon Michelle Graeber and husband, Darren Mrkwa; grandchildren, Madison Duran, Tyler Ernest, Waylynn Engelhardt and Hayes Engelhardt; great grandchildren, Coulter Duran, and Sutton & Grayson Cernoch; siblings, Louis Engelhardt and wife, Betty, Vivian Kuba and husband, Rudy, Rita Lefevre and husband, James, Kathy Luedeke and husband, David; sister-in-law, Linda Engelhardt; along with extended family and friends.
A service celebrating Raymond's life will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Three Bells Mission, 2906 Cunningham Road, Wallis, Texas 77485.
For those wishing, in lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the Beasley Fire Department, 214 South Third Street, Beasley, Texas 77417.
