Raymond "PeeWee" Goldsberry, 96 of Malvern, IA, passed away Monday, March 24, 2025 at Good Samaritan Society in Red Oak, IA. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at the Loess Hills Funeral Home in Malvern. Burial will be in the Malvern Cemetery. Loess Hills Funeral Home in Malvern is caring for Ray and his family.

OBITUARY
Raymond Marvin "PeeWee" Goldsberry, 96 of Malvern, IA, passed away Monday, March 24, 2025 at Good Samaritan Society in Red Oak, IA.
Ray was born on April 7, 1928 in Austin, MN, the son of Benjamin Richard and Stella May (Ogden) Goldsberry. He attended school and worked as a section hand for CBQ (Chicago, Burlington & Quincy) then BNSF (Burlington Northern Santa FE) railroad for 45 years.
Ray and Delomia LaVon Howser were united in marriage on October 6, 1950 in Pacific Junction, IA. They made their home in Malvern for 72 years where they raised their family. They enjoyed camping and attending music festivals. Ray enjoyed repairing cars and trucks, campers and junking.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents; beloved wife Delomia in 2024; infant son, Daniel Ray Goldsberry; daughters, Diana Goodman and husband Paul, and Rita Stacy and husband Dean; brothers, Earl Goldsberry and wife Marie, and Paul Goldsberry and wife Alberta; and sister-in-law Marilyn Goldsberry.
Ray is survived by his daughter Sandra Harvey and husband Lane of Farragut, IA; son Jeffrey Goldsberry of Malvern; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; brother Mark Goldsberry of Idaho; other relatives and several special family friends.
