Raymond Daniel Hainley, 56 years old, lovingly known by many as Dan or Ray, a Bedford, Indiana resident, a Martinsville, Indiana native, gained eternal rest on Sunday, June 8th, 2025, with loved ones by his side, at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana. His life began on Thursday, July 18th, 1968, in Martinsville, Indiana when he was born to the late Raymond Leroy and Wynema Kay (Wehner) Hainley. Mr. Hainley was an electrician and was currently employed at GM Power Train in Bedford, Indiana. He was a Martinsville High School graduate with the Class of 1986. He served his country honorably, serving in the US Navy and was a member of the American Legion Post #230. He leaves behind a host of loving family including his son, Jonathon Daniel Hainley (wife, Olivia) of Harrodsburg, Indiana; twin daughters, Brittany Hainley and Brandy Roberts (husband, Bryan) of Martinsville, Indiana; sisters, Rayna Bowling Amerine (husband, Rick) of Ellettsville, Indiana and Rachelle Ryan (husband, Andy) of Indianapolis, Indiana and five grandchildren, Brody Brown, Madelyn and Charlotte Roberts and Angela and Theordore Hainley. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Rhonda Hainley. His family will host a celebration of life service in memory of both Raymond and his mother, Kay who passed on March 1st, 2025, on Saturday, July 5th, 2025, from 2:00-4:00 pm at the First Baptist Church, 1109 E. Columbus St., Martinsville, Indiana. In honoring his wishes, his earthly remains will be cremated, and he will be laid to rest privately with military honors at Nebo Memorial Park Cemetery in Martinsville, Indiana.
