Raymond Allen Kiebler Sr. ObituaryRaymond Allen Kiebler, Sr., 73, of Whiteford, Maryland, died peacefully on the evening of Friday, May 23, 2025, at University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air. Ray was the devoted husband of the late Patricia M. (Watkins) Kiebler, who preceded him in death on December 24, 2021.
Born on September 2, 1951, he was the son of the late Carroll Leroy and Katherine Virginia (Chester) Kiebler. Ray spent his career as a skilled automotive technician with Melvin's Tire and Auto, where he worked until his retirement. He had a lifelong passion for working on cars and tractors and took great joy in collecting a wide variety of items, always finding value in the overlooked or forgotten. Nothing brought him more joy than the time he spent with his grandchildren, who were the light of his life.
He is survived by his sons: Robert Andrew Kiebler and his wife Shelby of Selma, NC; Raymond Allen Kiebler, Jr. and his wife Tabbie of Street, MD; David Matthew Watkins of Red Lion, PA and Donald L Rigdon Jr. of Churchville, MD. He is also survived by his daughters: Tonya Marie Kiebler of Red Lion, PA; Ann Marie Watkins of Bryansville, PA; and Linda Grim and her husband, Joell Harry of Red Lion, PA. Ray was a proud grandfather to 18 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren, all of whom will deeply miss him. He is also survived by his brother, Robert Kiebler of Cecil County, MD, and his sisters: Delores Levine of Perry Hall, MD, and Kathy Watson of Aberdeen, MD. Ray was preceded in death by his sisters: Charlotte Stanford, Sharon Zybell, Evelen Wilson, and Carol Reprogel; and his brothers: Carroll Kiebler, Jr., Donald Kiebler, and Gary Kiebler.
