Raymond Hayes Price, age 95, passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at his home in Hiawassee, Georgia. He was born to the late Will and Julia (Sawyer) Price in Hayesville, North Carolina on November 19, 1929. Raymond served in both the United States Army and the United States Air Force during the Korean War. Upon returning he lived in Atlanta for many years working at Neal Pope Ford as a car salesman. After retirement Raymond moved back to Hiawassee where he has enjoyed golfing and fishing for the last eighteen years. He was a kind, honest man who loved his family and the Lord.
Raymond is preceded in death by his above-mentioned parents and his wife Mildred Price; brother Kermit Price, sisters Zalma, Versa, Venice and Fay. He is survived by his son Kenneth Price; along with a number of extended family and friends. Raymond will be greatly missed.
