88, of Narragansett, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, May 3, 2022. He was the beloved husband of the late Barbara A. (Marx) Santangini. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Gaetano and Mary (Ramaglia) Santangini.
Raymond was a commercial artist and began his career with the Bo Bernstein Advertising Agency. He then went on to become the co-owner of the LeBeau/Santangini Advertising Agency, and then most recently worked for Fern/Hanaway, Inc. before retiring in 2004. He was an advocate/donor of the Special Olympics Rhode Island.
Raymond is survived by his loving daughters, Cynthia M. Mancini and her husband Domenic of Johnston, and Kim F. Maine and her husband Randall of North Kingstown; cherished grandchildren, Chiara M. Mancini, Amy E. Maine, Chace R. Maine and great-grandson Luca Anthony Caparco. Raymond was the brother of the late Peter Santangini and Rita Santangini.
Funeral from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Wednesday, May 11th at 10:00am followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am in St. Mary's Church, Cranston. Burial will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. VISITING HOURS will be held on Tuesday from 4:00 – 8:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Special Olympics Rhode Island, 370 George Washington Highway, Smithfield, RI 02917.
