Born in Newark, New Jersey, he was the son of Raymond Joseph Scarnaty, Sr., and Marilyn (Aroneo) Scarnaty.
Raymond worked in the construction industry. A huge Raiders fan, he loved fishing and motorcross.
He is survived by his parents; and his brothers Gerald & Nicholas Scarnaty, and half brother Al DeFuria.
Private services have been entrusted to Bolock Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc.

Raymond help me with projects around my home and was a great neighbor. He was a fearless the way he would climb the ladders. I'm going to miss my friend and go to guy when you need anything done. RIP Ray
