Raymond A. Vogt, Jr. April 26, 1952 – August 25, 2024 Highland Mills, NY.
Raymond A. Vogt, Jr., passed away on August 25, 2024, at Garnet Health Medical Center in Wallkill, NY. He was 72 years old. Son of the late Donald and Frances (Curtain) Conway, he was born in Oceanside, NY, on April 26, 1952.
Raymond proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy from 1972-1974. After his honorable discharge, he went to work for Anheuser-Bush Companies, LLC., in Bronx, NY. Ray was an avid outdoorsman, a Teamster Representative for Union Local #812, and a professional Umpire.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife Vanda Vogt of Highland Mills, NY; children: Jay Vogt and his wife, Alison Giacco-Vogt, of Massapequa Park, NY; and Pamela Vogt and her husband, Keith Miller, of Walden, NY; and by his beloved grandchild, Gabrielle.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Friday, August 30, 2024, at Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush Funeral Home, 515 Rt. 32. Highland Mills, NY 10930, with a Funeral Mass to follow at 12:30 p.m., at St. Patrick's Church 26 Hunter St., Highland Mills, NY. Interment will take place at Orange County Veteran's Memorial Cemetery in Goshen, NY.
