Raymond White

Raymond White, age 88, passed away peacefully on September 15, 2025, in Dothan, AL. He was born on November 28, 1936, in Baker County, Georgia to Wilton and Edna White.

For 55 years, Raymond owned and operated Ray's Pest Control, where he was known for his tireless work ethic and unwavering commitment to his customers and employees. His deep Christian faith guided his steps and interactions, and it was a cornerstone of his approach to both business and life.
Raymond will forever be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father, and an amazing grandfather who took immense pleasure in country living. Food, family, and his caring nature were among his greatest joys. Full of life until his last day, Raymond's laughter and heartwarming presence will be deeply missed by everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Raymond was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Wayne White, Earl White, Cooney White; along with his sister, Elaine Etheredge, Diane White, Doris Donahue and grandson, Raymond James White.

Raymond's dedication to his loved ones was evident in everything he did, from the beautiful life he built with his beloved wife of 32 years, Ruth Ann White, to the wisdom he imparted to his children, James White and wife, Vicky, Raymond Larry White and wife, Judy, and Diane Kirkland and her husband, Floyd. He is also survived by his stepsons, David Triplett and wife, Mary, and Keith Triplett and wife, Kathy; his brother, Charles White, and sister, Barbara Adkins and her husband, James Herbert; grandchildren, Dennis White, James White, Kyle Kirkland, Michelle Harrington, Shirly Feldman, Kyle Triplett, Tiffany Triplett, and Presley Marie Triplett; great-grandchildren, Isac and Isaiah Harrington, Jaxson Feldman, Emma, Parker, and Brylee Triplett; and his special caretakers and friends, Karen Coulliette, Dennis White and Vicky White; along with a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

A graveside funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Rocky Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Charles Johnson officiating.

Funeral services are entrusted to the Lambe Family at Marianna Chapel Funeral Home.
