Rebecca Adkins Obituary
Rebecca L. Adkins, 63, of Findlay, passed away at Bridge Hospice Care Center, Sunday, November 9, 2025. She was born to Kenneth and Shirley (Fransen) Dewese on December 29, 1961.
Being musically inclined, Becky played string bass and piano. She knitted blankets, collected beanie babies, and loved dolphins. She was a member of Upper Room Church of God. But above all, she was a proud nurse and loved spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her father, Becky is survived by her children, Destinee Schaeperkoetter and James Schaeperkoetter, both of Findlay; grandchildren, Paisley Schaeperkoetter, Madison Laberge, Isabelle Atalaia, Aubrey Schaeperkoetter, Ayannah Schaeperkoetter, Samuel Schaeperkoetter, Arielle Schaeperkoetter; great-grandchildren, Kimora Alalaia Lamonds, Kehlani LaBerge, Caiheem Davis, Kendrix Davis, Cambreigh Davis, Za’Kye Atalia Lamonds; and siblings, Deborah Ramirez, Kristine (Dewese) Cooper, and James Dewese.
Becky was preceded in death by her mother; and son, Jonathon Schaeperkoetter.
Friends and family may visit from 10:00-11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at Upper Room Church of God, 520 W. Bigelow Ave., Findlay. A funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the church.
Memorials in Becky’s name may be made to the church.
