Rebecca Jean Houde, 54, of Enfield, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2025, at Rhode Island Hospital. Born on July 23, 1971, Rebecca was a lifelong resident of Enfield. She was a graduate of Enrico Fermi High School and later went on to receive her Associates Degree in business from Asnuntuck Community College. Rebecca found joy in the simple things in her life. She was an avid animal lover and loved spending time with her dogs which was her all-time joy. Rebecca's love of cooking was always apparent when she would make sure everyone was fed. Given her big heart for helping people the career choice in the Human Service field was a perfect fit. Whether it was a child or an elderly person Rebecca showed professionalism and great care to all their needs.
She is survived by her loving parents, Stephen and Mary Houde of Enfield; her brother Jeffrey Houde of Windsor Locks; and her sisters Stephanie Fultz of Windham and Christine Dennis of Carlsbad, California. In keeping with the family's wishes, services will be held privately. Rebecca will be remembered with love and deeply missed by all who knew her.
