My cousin Sister Rebecca is one of the top five people in the world who are just blessings and just genuinely great people inside and out sister Rebecca was that a vibe a presences that lit up the room and not with flash and materials but just a vibe that you would give her your full attention if you were in a room with her I'd get nervous because being in her presence was just as much of a blessing as she always was you will definitely be missed I was listening to a old tape and sister Rebecca left a message 30+ years ago was nice

Fond memories of working alongside Sister Rebecca at Lourdes University . She was witty and funny.
She always would say that when someone passes to rejoice, for they are finally with Jesus Christ, and I know she is definitely rejoicing!

Soooooo many memories.
She called me King.
I did NOT want to go. But at 15 or 16 my parents were going out of town. I had to stay with her for the weekend. You really think I wanted to go at 15?
To stay with a couple nuns? Ummmm no.
But I had such a great great time and had a blast the whole weekend. On memorial day there was a cookout that we went to. We played all kinds of games. And I could definitely tell they were all trying.
But in every game I was winning and winning pretty badly against these nuns (priests joined later and same thing) in every game we played. Didn't matter what it was, I just kept winning and winning And in dominating form.
They ended up all saying that I must be some kind of king because only a king could beat all these nuns and priests and has to have a special place with Jesus.
From there forward (until the last 5-7 years) but she always wrote,
"King Marty,.........."
On my birthday cards.
She is going to be missed
