Rebecca "Becca" Ann Latino, age 42, passed away peacefully at her home in Fort Smith, Arkansas, on May 25, 2025. Born on September 11, 1982, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Becca was the cherished daughter of Gary Wayne Seaton and Leona Kay (VanFossen) Silmon.
Becca was a deeply compassionate and selfless person who always put others before herself. Known as a best friend to many, she found great joy in the simple things-especially her beloved dog, Bella, and her treasured grandchildren. She had a passion for collecting gnomes and surrounded herself with symbols of joy and whimsy. Described by those who knew her as loving, nurturing, sassy, charismatic, and big-hearted, Becca had an unwavering loyalty to those she cared for. She never turned her back on anyone, offering help even to those who had wronged her. While she wasn't afraid to speak her mind, she did so with authenticity and courage.
Affectionately known as "Queen Becca," she faced her health challenges with remarkable strength, enduring six years in fighting her disease and she had hospice care in the last phase of her life with the constant support of her devoted family. Her presence was a light in the lives of many, and her memory will continue to inspire love and resilience.
She is survived by her mother, Leona Silmon and step-father Charles Silmon; her children, Isaac Jones (and wife Anastasia Powers) and Alysha Jones (and partner Nicholas Stracener); honorary children, Micheal Butler Jr.; and four adored grandchildren, Grayson Horton, Aviana Powers, Analise Powers and Wyatt Butler. Becca also leaves behind her siblings: Butch Seaton, Charles Allan Silmon Michael Silmon, Steven Silmon, and Kristy Lamance; her Papa Frank; her best friend, Randall Butler; four aunts: Carla Morton, Monica Marcy, Debra Berkley, and Ginger Rolan; her uncle, Ronnie Mills; and former spouses, Tommy Jones Jr. and Micheal Butler. Becca will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
She was preceded in death by her partner, Justin Parker; her father, Gary Seaton; her grandchild, Blakelynn; her maternal and paternal grandparents; one aunt; several uncles. A memorial service to honor Becca will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 3rd, 2025, at the Midland Heights Church, 3500 North 6th Street, Fort Smith, Arkansas. Cremation is under the thoughtful care of River Glenn Cremation & Funeral Services.

Leona, Isaac, Alysha and family - you all are in my thoughts and prayers. Becca was my bff throughout jr. high and high school. We shared many good times together, and I honestly would have been lost without her during that time. Even though life took us different directions, there wasn't a day that passed by that I didn't think of her. I'm so very sorry for your loss.
