Born in Pottstown, she was the daughter of Leroy and Dolores (Smith) Reitnauer.
Becky began her career in healthcare at Manor Care where she started at the age of 16 as a hospitality aide and moved to a CNA. She then moved on to college at Point Park for a year then finished her degree at Newman College which allowed her to begin her HR career with Manor Care where she remained for 24 years.
Becky was the epitome of a hard worker; she not only excelled and maintained a full time career at Manor Care but in her free time she worked many part time jobs at places like Boscovs, Weis's, and Giant.
Becky had a tremendous work ethic. She was always willing to help family, friends, and those in need. Becky also enjoyed taking trips to the casino and always looking for a bargain while shopping.
Surviving along with her parents are her sisters Amanda Reitnauer, fiancée of Greg Miller, and Trish Sands; nephews Noah Reitnauer, Zachary Sands, and Joshua Sands; and niece Emily Reitnauer.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday June 7, 2023 at 7:00 PM at Catagnus Funeral Home & Cremation Center, LLC., 711 N. Franklin St., Pottstown, PA 19464. Interment will be private. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 6:00-6:45 PM at the funeral home.

Before I retired Becky and I had lunch together every day at work ( old Orchard) we solved the word problems ... what Becky cherished the most was her mom and dad and there emotional support .....Becky loved talking about her child hood and family .. my deepest sympathy to the family

So very saddened to hear of Becky´s death she was a very special person who had such a caring and compassionate heart. I worked at MC and she was the one who you could go to at anytime for anything she excelled at her job in many ways! She was the one who made the difference there always a friend and very willing to help and listen. You will be missed my friend! May you continue your special caring by watching over all of us. I can't believe you are no longer lighting up this world with your laughter, your generous spirit, your integrity. You are missed, my good friend. There's a hole in my heart. My mind is full of memories of the many times we shared together both good and not so good, but always glad you were by my side. Keep a watch over us. None of us were ready for you to leave. Our condolences to Becky's family and friends. May our Lord Jesus Christ see us through this very sad time. kd

My beautiful Becky! My heart is forever broken! You trained me to be one of the best schedules.. you always told me if you have it you have it and you said all the time I had IT! and our hours long phone conversations will be missed you will be missed! You personality your heart and your laugh ! Becky live free above us I know your faith was one to admire forever in my heart friend you will be missed more then you will ever know.. family of Becky´s know that she loved you all so much!

I was both shocked and saddened to hear of Becky´s passing. Becky and I both worked at MC as the HR Directors in our respective facilities. She and I were peers but also good friends!! Please accept my deepest sympathies and know that Becky always made a difference.
