Rebecca Lynn "Becky" Bruce White, 69, passed away on October 14, 2025, at her home in Morganton, Georgia, surrounded by her family. Becky was born on February 5, 1956, in Blue Ridge, Georgia, to parents Abraham Lincoln Bruce and Dorothy Deane Cearley Bruce. She was a lifelong member of Liberty Hill Methodist Church.

More than anything, Becky cherished her family and her friends, and babysitting her grandchildren brought her tremendous joy. She also loved spending time at the ocean, reading, and watching the birds from her front porch.

Becky is survived by her husband of 51 years, Keith White; her daughter Rachel (Brandon) Nicholson of Blairsville, Georgia; grandchildren Evan and Kara Nicholson; brother James Alvin (Kathy) Bruce of Talala, Oklahoma; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sister, Margaret Joan Bruce Brackett Kautz and sister, Barbara Bernice Bruce.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to the kind staff at Pruitt Hospice for their loving care and support.

The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Evan Nicholson, Jamie Bruce, Jimmy White, Steve Ross, Luke Ross, and Dustin Nicholson

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 17, 2025, from 6-8 p.m. at Cochran-McDaniel Funeral Home in Blue Ridge, Georgia, and again on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 12-1 p.m. at Liberty Hill Methodist Church.  The funeral service will be October 18, 2025 at 1:00 with the Rev. Geri Worley and Rev. A.J. Nichols officiating.  Music will be provided by Teresa Ross and Margaret Crawford.  A graveside service to follow immediately afterward.
