Mrs. Regina Revels Bell, 78, of Charlotte, NC, was born on July 22, 1947, to the late Herdman Revels Sr., and Maude Chavis Revels of Robeson County, NC. She departed this life to her eternal home on August 19, 2025.

She is preceded in death by her loving parents, along with her sister, Billie Jean Revels Lowry, and sister-in-law, Pearlene Revels.

Regina leaves to cherish her memory, her loving husband of 46 years, Jerry Bell of the home, one brother, Herdman "Ronald" Revels, Jr., and one sister Pam Revels Bramble (Danny), two stepsons, Scott Bell (Mary) of Dublin, NC, Alan Bell (Marissa) of Zanesville, Ohio, and one granddaughter, Alyssa Bell of Dublin, NC and a host of family and friends.

Regina was loved and supported by many family and friends, but was very dedicated to banking. She started banking many years ago in Raleigh, NC at Sears Credit Union (Wachovia Bank) and dedicated 25 years to Wells Fargo Bank, where she retired. She enjoyed visiting with friends and being around family. Regina was a graduate of Magnolia High School, Class of 1965.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00pm on August 30th at Ten Mile Center Baptist prior to the funeral. Funeral Services will be held at Ten Mile Center Baptist Church, in Lumberton, NC at 2:00pm with Rev. Earney Hammonds officiating. A burial will follow in the church cemetery.
